1) Why is there no online payment?
To implement online payment, a lot of security measures have to be taken. The safety of the payment from the buyer to the seller is questioned. Therefore, to ensure the reliability of the transaction, I would actually recommend cash on delivery system.

2) Can I refund the item purchased if I am not satisfied with it?
No, the goods sold are non-refundable. Rest assure that the products here are of good quality.

3) Is there any minimum purchase for cash on delivery?
No, as long as you requested for cash on delivery, I will try my best to meet up with you. However, do note that it will be more to my convenience.

4) How do I know the order I placed has been confirmed?
Once you've send me your order (to my email) and payment is made, I will confirm and contact you for the transaction within 2 days.
